Regular health checkups are a necessity in every family. Our children have traumatic experiences and the background they have showcases that they have not been fed or taken care of properly. While we work to nourish them with food and shelter regular doctor visits are required so that they are checked for any viruses or seasonal flu that can happen to any normal child. We also need to be careful that a viral from one child can quickly spread to another, so constant doctor visits are required for health checkups. Some hospitals and army doctors voluntarily come forward to do a heath check up for our children every year which has enabled our children to become strong and healthy.
