Our children of Compassion Manipur Children Home work together at our vegetable garden and are getting first hand experience of how to plant and nurture plants and vegetables. After few months they reap their efforts in the form of lovely organic food which they eat and stay healthy. Earlier this month we have reaped a lot of Beans, Bottle Gourd, Karelia and Pumpkins from our garden which ended up in our angel’s tummies. With Gods blessings the size of our vegetables is also huge as you can see in the picture where a group of our children our together holding up a bottle gourd of our garden. One such vegetable is enough for one meal for all of them. Our children are blessed to live and eat on organic food, keeping them strong and healthy. All this would not be possible without the guidance and nurturing of our mother Mrs Kimcha Sitlhou.

Our orphanage is open to foster care for any individual is willing to support financially and emotionally for the upliftment and their well being. While our staff is driven to protect children from the external factors of society, slavery and drug abuse we need the support of members who share the same passion as we do. Step forward and donate in kind, meet our children, sponsor their education, food and clothing and see their lives being transformed over the years. Their successes will be your successes tomorrow. They are not the brightest of the bunch as they have never got education before they came to us but they are creative and full of love and passion to learn as it is visible in this picture. One of our sponsors donated these legos and our children without any booklet made all these creative designs. Look at the picture again and tell me this cannot be just by chance.
